For those of you that attended the Keane Users Conference we are sure it was all that you expected and more. It was packed full of useful and interesting information for users. And what a fun night show they had Monday night! We still don’t understand how some of the Circ Du Keane performers did their acts, not to mention the fire twirlers! Wow is about all we can say to that. The weather in Newport Beach, CA cooperated and it was a wonderful event.
Lana’s presentation titled “Nobody Likes Collections” was well attended and received. Dozens were on hand to get useful tips on hiring the right person for the business office, analyzing their Accounts Receivable, understanding their Aging report and using Keane reports to help make more sense of it all. We look forward to next year’s conference.
